For the production of our bracelets we use only 925 sterling silver and the best stones that nature has to offer. Our gold bracelets have 22 carat gold plating. They are specially made to last for many years under normal use. The black gold bracelets are coated with black rhodium. All precious metals we use are of high quality and will last for many years with normal use. Please note, however, that the sweat of every person and the air and environmental pollution in each city or country are different and can have an impact on the wear. So that you can enjoy our bracelets for as long as possible, you will find a few important and useful tips under "Care instructions".
IS THERE A GUARANTEE ON OUR BRACELETS?

Please note that we do not offer lifetime guarantee on any items purchased outside of our own website. Receipt must be presented to use the lifetime guarantee. The guarantee covers the following:
- Broken string or elastic
- Cracked beads
Please note that the guarantee does not cover plating issues, or discolouration of beads.

From the time we received your order with your wrist size, we need 2-3 days, depending on the model and order situation, to create your individual bracelet. As soon as your bracelet is ready and has passed the final quality check, it will be prepared for shipping. We use DHL International Express Shipping, which requires a delivery time between 1-7 working days. Of course, your order is insured by us until delivery.
Please note that we are not able to ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address.
DUTIES AND FEES
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and / or taxes. Due to the complexity of international law, we cannot include these fees in the orders. Therefore, we would like to point out that you are responsible for all local customs and duties on your order. We are legally obliged to state the full value of the packaging content and cannot change this value. If an order is rejected, you are responsible for the shipping costs and any additional duties, fees or taxes that may be incurred on shipping.
We work exclusively with DHL Express, an established shipping company that we trust very much. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee their performance. Shipping errors are rare, but we can only guarantee what is in our control.

For all our Phyniton bracelets we offer a ‘30-Day Money-Back Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at www.phyniton.com. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s). For a refund, we accept Phyniton bracelets with the original tags attached in the box and the bracelet(s) must not show any signs of usage. As soon as the package arrives here, we will issue a full refund (minus $10 restocking fee per bracelet). Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

For International Orders, meaning outside of Europe, are responsible for overseas shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds.
